SmartSecure.pk is committed to maintaining fair and transparent refund practices for all users.

1. Subscription Payments

All subscription and license payments are generally non-refundable once activated.

Users are advised to review package details before purchasing.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests may only be considered if:

  • Duplicate payment was made
  • Payment was deducted but service was not activated
  • Technical issues prevented activation and could not be resolved

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after activation
  • User negligence or misuse
  • Account suspension due to policy violation
  • Incomplete understanding of features before purchase

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take:

  • 7 to 14 business days
    depending on payment providers and banking systems.

5. Fraudulent Disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension
  • Legal action if necessary
